Our warm and caring team members have been selectively handpicked based on their educational and training backgrounds, and experience. They all share a passion for early childhood education and are highly qualified to meet the needs of children enrolled.

Our team members take pride in building and maintaining strong relationships with families and working together to support each child's experience and growth within our program and at home. Each classroom consists of at least one multilingual educator.

Each of our staff members have completed:​

• Thorough hiring and on-boarding process (e.g., resume and reference screen, face-to-face meeting and orientation with director)

• Demo lesson

• CORI, SORI, DCF background record checks

• CPR First Aid training
