Our Story
Seventeen years ago, our founder, Inga, transformed her home into a warm, nurturing space where children could grow, learn, and feel safe and supported. For eight years, Inga's Daycare became a trusted place for families in the community, built on the belief that children thrive when they are surrounded by care, creativity, and meaningful connection.
As word spread and families shared their encouraging experiences, Inga saw an opportunity to bring that same special environment to even more children. What began in her home grew into a vision for something bigger, an inspiring space where children could explore their curiosity, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
In 2018, that vision became The Creative Kids Studio.
A lot has changed since those early days. The building is bigger, with a real gym, a fenced-in playground, and a professional kitchen preparing fresh meals each day. Our team has grown to include more dedicated, loving educators, music and art teachers, and outside specialists who bring programs like Soccer Shots, Art in Motion, and Tech Pals to our students.
But the building changed more than the approach.
At the heart of The Creative Kids Studio is still the same personal, attentive care that defined Inga's Daycare. Our teachers know the children in their classrooms, not just by name, but as individuals. They know which child needs a little extra time before joining the group, who is excited to share something at pickup, and when a child simply needs a little encouragement.
Our spaces may have grown, our programs may have expanded, and our community may be bigger, but our philosophy remains rooted in the same simple idea: children do best when they are known, cared for, and given room to be themselves.
That is the heart of The Creative Kids Studio, and it has been from the very beginning.
