Infants

From 12 weeks

Most parents find the first few weeks harder than their baby does. What helps is staying close to the details, your baby's own rhythms, kept the way you keep them at home, and a running account of the day on your phone.

What Their Day Looks Like

Each baby is on their own schedule, feeding, napping, and playing happen when your baby needs them.

Floor time and safe exploration in a room set up for babies to move: reaching, rolling, pulling up, cruising.

Tummy time, sensory play, songs, books, and a lot of being held and talked to.

Outside every day the weather allows.

Brightwheel updates through the day, photos and videos.

Paper daily report, bottles, naps, diapers, notes for parents.

Before the First Day

You'll fill out a form about your baby: feeding and sleep, and also the smaller things, how they like to be held, what settles them when they're upset, and their favorite things. Then you'll go through it with your baby's teacher. When something changes at home, tell us and we'll change with it.

Come See the Infants Room

Tours run during the school day, so you'll see the classroom in use.
